This tract consists of approximately 187 acres of land. There is an older set of improvement consisting of small home (not livable), 40 x 80 Round top barn with 20 x 80 lean too on each side (still very useable), small garage (fair cond.), couple small buildings (poor Cond), granary, electric service, and domestic water well by home. The balance of the land is in good Bermuda grass, native grass, creek, and timber.
